How I Got Six Pack Abs in 2 Weeks-Best Ab Workout for Men!

I am going to show you today how I got six pack abs in 2 weeks and why I think of this the best ab workout for men, period! For us men to get a 6 pack, we've got to understand that men's exercises for six pack abdominals change totally from women's capacity and capacity. There are too many folks who treat their abs workout as if the ab muscles are totally different from any other muscle collection in the body. Why? I ask.   • Jack Knives ( 12 reps ) - Lie on back with arms straight out overhead with legs straight and toes pointing away from the body. Raise legs and shoulders in an effort to touch the toes all while lifting the glutes. Then, at the same time bring the legs and shoulders back to the ground to finish one rep.
  • Windshield Wipers ( 18 reps ) -Lie on the back with arms straight out on the side, palms down on the ground. Raise legs together straight so that they are vertical to the ground. Slowly lower the legs to the left until they're about 2 inches from the ground and then repeat to the right. Remember to keep legs straight and really tighten the abdominal muscles. This exercising is excellent for the obliques muscles.
  • Sit ups ( 30 reps ) - Simply perform the standard sit up, keep the back straight and muscles tight.
  • Leg Hugs ( 15 reps ) - stay horizontal on back with the legs straight and toes pointed away from the body. Bend knees while trying to bring them to the chest and cuddle the knees when they reach chest. Hold for two seconds and return to beginning position to close one rep.
  • Weighted sit ups ( 20 reps ) -I have a machine at my gym which authorizes me to add large amounts of resistance to my abdominals workout ( 100+ pounds ) but when i am doing my ab workout routine at home, I am able to simply wear either a 40 lb weighted vest or put a 25 lb weight on my chest and perform the sit ups.
  • Sicilian Sit ups ( 15 reps ) -Perform sit ups as standard but when the height of the sit up is reached, extend arms over head just like was done with the Jack Knives. Do not forget to keep the back straight and the ab muscles tight. This is a great lower abs exercise!
  • Russian Twists ( twenty reps ) - Start in the top position of a standard sit up. Interlock fingers and extend arms in front of body so they make a circle. Twist at the waist from left to right while keeping those six-pack abdominals tight! Once to the left and once to the right represents one rep.
  • Jack Knives ( five reps ) - by this point you'll much hate this exercise nonetheless it does amazing things!
  • Weighted Crunches ( 35 reps ) -Hold a 25 pound weight in hands with arms extended straight out so the weight is level to the ground. Perform a crunch ( half a sit up ).

I have been in fitness for years and this is easily the best ab workout for men I have found. I was able to get my six pack abs in 2 weeks!

Okay, I'm almost 21 years old.

I weigh 230 pounds. I am 6 feet, 2 inches tall.

Do not do the atrkins diet its alright but as soon as you come off it ur screwed..

there are too ways to get rid of it, and many ways of motivation.

First way.. exercise everyday maybe not loads but get about an hour aday in, maybe u want to go sign up at the gym, do an hour workout there twice a week and do ur running everyday.

The second way if u swing that way is to get surgery, that a whole different thing im not recomending it, i recomend exercise, but its something if u get desperate to think about.

Now motivation, many things can motivate you, weather its geting into smaller clothes, going to do things your larger weight wont let you, or, weather you have got your eye on a girl.. loose a few stone and think yea im getin in there, which ever works for you once you have that motivation stick by it and sa you work out remeber why your doing it..
