Should I shorten my punch bag hanging chains so I can use a spring?
I have a heavy bag which is about 12 cm from the floor. If I get a spring then it will be touching the floor (unless anybody can suggest a short spring that will still hold it), so should I try to shorten the chains to get a spring or not?
Also if you know how I could make the chains shorter that would help.
