in their stance or when moving in they tap their forehead with their gloves (even when training and in the ring)

Its wiping sweat from the forehead. Kindof like a trademark gesture for boxing. Example: quarterbacks licking their fingers. Pitchers shrugging or batters raising their two diets in a batting stance....etc you get the point. Its just natural
