why do some boxers tap their forehead with their gloves during a fight?
i see joe frazier and others do it a lot
in their stance or when moving in they tap their forehead with their gloves (even when training and in the ring)
why do they do it?
Answer:
Its wiping sweat from the forehead. Kindof like a trademark gesture for boxing. Example: quarterbacks licking their fingers. Pitchers shrugging or batters raising their two diets in a batting stance....etc you get the point. Its just natural
