It's Not A SUV, It's Not A Wagon, It's A Flex
Checking the market for a Used Ford Flex Smyrna consumers rely on Willis Ford Dover. Plus, with a wide selection of Used Chrysler Dover residents know that Willis Ford gets lifetime loyalty from their many happy customers.
The Ford Flex combines features from both a minivan and SUV making it a very custom vehicle that is perfect for a large number of drivers. Unveiled in 2005 the Flex hit the road in 2008 replacing the Ford Freestar becoming the star of Ford's 'electrify the night' movement.
The Flex is offered in 4 trim levels: SE, SEL, Limited, and Titanium.
The SEL offers everything you love about the SE, plus: Ford SYNC, dual-zone climate control, AM/FM/CD/MP3 six-disc changer, SIRIUS satellite radio, power heated mirrors, woodgrain accents, universal garage door opener, cargo net, and 18-inch finished aluminum rims.
The Flex Titanium has all the features the Limited offers, plus: charcoal black leather-trimmed seats, illuminated scruff plates, unique blackout treatment for headlights and taillights, fog lamps, 3-bar unique grille, black painted roof, and 20-inch finished aluminum rims.
The Ford Flex has all the luxuries you could ask for in a crossover SUV, the interior features include: Voice-Activated Navigation System with SIRIUS Travel Link™, MyKey™, Rear View Camera System, perforated leather steering wheel insert with painted Alloy Metallic accents, leather-wrapped shifter knob, overhead console with map lights and sunglass holder, reading lamps for 2nd and 3rd-row passengers, battery saver 12V power points, storage pockets for all doors, privacy glass on rear doors, quarter and liftgate windows, 10 cup/bottle holders, illuminated scuff plates with stainless steel accents, coat hooks in 2nd-row, map pockets on front seatbacks, and power window switch bezel.
When it comes to power and handling the Flex will not sell you short; with a 3.5L DOHC, twenty-four-valve Duratec® V6 engine, six-speed automatic transmission, Front Wheel Drive, independent front and rear suspension, AdvanceTrac® with Roll Stability Control™, 4-wheel disc Anti-lock Brake System, and power rack-and-pinion steering.
The Flex has many exterior features including, rear window defroster with 2-speed wiper/washer, power door locks with autolock feature, bright polished dual exhaust tips, black belt line molding on sides and liftgate, security approach lamps, and a unique greenhouse FLEX badge on leading edge of the hood.
The Ford Flex is without a doubt built with safety in mind; safety features include, Front Passenger Sensing System, Safety Canopy® System, perimeter anti-theft alarm, SecuriCode™ Keyless Entry Keypad on driver's door, and illuminated entry with theater dimming lighting.
The Ford Flex is a vehicle with few faults. Even if you're not wild about its hip-to-be-square design, there's no denying its excellent competence as a pragmatic family vehicle.

You seem to know more about this then most people on here so i doubt you will get a good answer to your question on this forum....
I lost 70lbs by doing treadmill and eating 1000 calories a day but I am a woman so.......
Just looking at your diet you have a lot of protein which is good and veggies and fruit also good.maybe add in some cottage cheese..You do need to remember that your brain needs fat so dont cut fat out of your diet completely....
