Tantra Yoga is based on the elements of human life: the male and the female. The pair of the masculine and the feminine takes the form of Shiva and Shakti, the Hindu gods of Tantra. These gods evidence to all levels of existence from the vast cosmos to the sub atomic particle. In our human world, Shakti and Shiva represent the female and male. In spirituality, Shakti is the energy force and Shiva is the mind.
The divine elements of ida and pingala is defined by Shiva and Shakti. Ida is the consciousness and on the other hand pingala is life which is also known as prana. These elements are 2 polar energy that goes thru our body constantly and in different directions. When those 2 dimensions meet, explosion in mind, time and space happens. The highest level of consciousness resides in the crown of our skull. The body of a woman meets its core for spiritual enhancement. Mooladhara chakra is very well developed and can be easily awakened. For the male, the mooladhara chakra is congested because of the structure of the body. It won’t be easily developed unlike that of the woman’s body.
In tantric yoga the woman’s body is responsible for transporting energy through its medium, the male body. Shakti is the creator and Shiva is the instrument. The woman is the one who conducts spritual rituals in tantric yoga. It's the female who performs rituals and ceremonies. The woman will lead and the man will follow.
The trantra yoga routine is ideal for the woman's body. The chakra of tantra yoga will slowly but constantly lead you to a better holistic development. You should not give up easily if you are new to chakras of tantric yoga instead practice more. You will get the hang of it. Just be consistent and make tantric yoga a part of your lifestyle.
